Your Health is your Wealth

The mind can be brought to the support of healing processes in serious
diseases.Most people think wellness is a question of eating your
vegetables, taking a daily walk, and doing exercise regularly.Wellness is
not solely a question of diet or regular exercise.It is an awareness of
our considerable potential and then an understanding of our
accountability for its use.We have the ability to develop an awareness
of our own behavior and responses, physically, emotionally and
spiritually.We have considerable power to create the life and the health
we want.

Stress is an integral part of life.It is a signal that we are alive and
part of flow of this grand experience.The physical feedback from stress
includes headaches, tiredness, sleep difficulties, neck and back
pain, excessive tiredness and ringing in the ears.Stress can reduce a
grown up man to tears.It can make a person
powerless, timid, angry, violent, and unhappy.

There are many stress management programmes and techniques to solve your
problems.Suzanne from the University of Chicago says that
control, challenge and commitment can change the perception of the
problem and our ability to respond to it will help us to take control of
stress.

The most common illness is fear.Fear grips, it immobilizes.Life is out of
control.So a sense of control is the most important attribute in the
stress handling personality.By doing that we are taking control over our
response rather than circumstances. So by controlling our response we
control our life.So change your perception of the problem.

Health is an ever changing state in which there is always the
possibility of improvement.Illness is the reflection of inner self.When
our desires, emotions, feelings and beliefs are lined up for health then
ill health simply hasn't a chance.

Health is everyone's business and it should not be left to the
doctors.Sets is not basically bad.It becomes negative only when our
stress turns into distress. Every one suffers from stress time to time.

A well balanced diet, exercise and a mind that is calm, serene and relaxed
will give happiness, health and wealth.

1.

Drink 8 to 10 cups of water.

2.

Cut out fat, sugar and salts.

3.

Eat lots of fruits, vegetables especially two apples a day.

4.

Reduce tea and coffees intake.

5.

Drink alcohol in moderation-one or two drink a day.

6.

Meditate 20 minutes a day.

7.

Go for jogging, ling walk.

8.

Lift light weights.

9.

Make your mind blank for a few minutes.

10.

Sleep 7 to 10 hours a day.
