Angle of Heart
Two loves I have, of comfort and despair
Which like two spirits do suggest me to be still?
The better angle is a man not to fair
The worse spirit a woman could ever bear
Too soon, win me over from the devil, my lover
Tempted to a better angel from my side
And cold corrupt my soul to be in love with you
Wooing with my purity with your pride
And whether that my sweet angle be turned into you
Suspect I may, Yet not directly to tell a soul
But coming from me, is to teach the one closer to my heart
I guess one angle in another’s mind
Yet this shall never be know, just live in doubt
And tell my bad angle fire my good one
Out so that it can be with the one
I love the most
