Disgrace of the Eyes

By: Chemere L. Smith

Disgrace in forture in my men’s eyes

Alone I cry of the outcast

The deaf heaven of troubles hears me cry

To look upon the troubles as faith

Wishing me hope for a new love

Unfortured, like him many others possessed

Desiring the man of soul, and the man of heart

With what I most enjoy contented to continue to least

But yet in my heart, I almost desire

But happy I think of him, as well as my astate

Like to wonder of a broken-heart just like a falling star

From the earth’s core, sings of joy at the heavens gate

For my sweet love I remember such, as his well being

BUT THEN I look to change my

Desire for a brighter KING.
